hey Jane.
yeah the boxes you mention seem to be creating a problem for most, a
security setting with Macros in word I think, but I'm adding in all the
answers people are submitting separately which is great of people to spend
the time to do, so thanks.
yes please forward the questionnaire to as many as you can so I gain a
larger catchments, that would be very kind of you and much appreciated.
and yes, your more than welcome to use what questions you like, given more
time I would probably worded them a bit better, but I'm gaining a good
picture already from the replies so far.
