Dear Robin
Sorry I couldn't type in the boxes for some reason so
Q11 Chocolate
Q13 Bananas, coffee, tea, pasta, muesli, rice, mangoes, some clothing,
jewellery, gifts.
Q22 Carrs Lane Church Centre, all our catering outlets at the University
of Birmingham, Shared Earth (B'ham city centre)
Would you like me to forward your questionnaire to our Fairtrade
Steering Group (about 15 people)?
Our Ethical Trade Society were thinking of doing a similar survey during
Fairtrade Fortnight - would it be OK for them to use some/all of your
questions please?

Hello,
Please could you take a minute to help me with my primary research for
my dissertation, its just a quick questionnaire about Fairtrade food
products, I don't want to go in to any details about Fairtrade as the
research is designed to see how much is already known.
The questionnaire I have designed aims to be easy and quick to fill in
with drop down menus, and space for one or two written answers. it is in
Word format, if it asks you to enable Macros, please do so as I don't
think it'll work otherwise, if is still does not work try going to the
"tools" menu in word and go to "Macro" then click on "security" and
choose "Medium" and hopefully all will be well. Failing that, please
save it to your computer and unprotect it and then fill it in and return
it. (sorry if it's a bit confusing, I'm not that computer literate!).
Now open the attachment!
