Thanks for being part of our daily meditations - we hope this moment will lift you higher.

Friday, 15 February 2008 - We should regularly turn our minds within and investigate whether we are sincere or not, irrespective of what others may think. From our own point of view we should principally rely on the two powers (mindfulness and introspection) and while we should be careful to create no cause for regret or embarrassment, we should obviously be discreet and well-mannered whether we are in public or at home. If we act in this way, happiness will naturally be ours. - Dalai Lama
