The Duke of Edinburgh's Award International Association is seeking to recruit a new Regional Director and Programme Manager for Africa with immediate effect. The posts will be based in Eastern or Southern Africa depending on the circumstances of the successful candidates. Remuneration packages for both posts will be commensurate with posts of similar regional significance in the not-for-profit sector and will be confirmed at the appointment stage of the process. Interviews will be held at the end of July at a mutually convenient location. The role profiles for both posts are attached and applications from suitably qualified and experienced people are invited by sending a full CV and covering letter which outlines their suitability for the post, to recruit (at) intaward.org to arrive no later than 6th July 2009.
