	Hi All, This is to inform you that Global Youths Action Society Network did her Step- Down Program on 14th July 2oo7 at Standard Eduaction Center Ojodu ikeja, Lagos. The theme of the programme was Youths Adventure in Business. It was a business- empowermnet seminar on how youths can gain the midas touch, start their own business and be financially empowered through creative business skills. About fifteen youths attended the programme which lasted about five(5) hours. Although the attendance wasn't encouraging as a result of poor publicity and other logistics, but the participants testified to what they benfited fronm the programme. We had three facilitators who spoke on financing SMEs, running a Small Business and 50 Business Opportunities for youths. After the seminar there was a question and answer session which became one of the liveliest part of the programme as youths ask intelligent questions. The programme was rounded off with material exhibition and a group photograph. In all we thank God for the little success of the programme although the turn -out wasnt as expected. We planned to still have another programme in this series later in the year and hpoe that it would be a huge success. I will submit a harcopy of the detailed report to the facilitators.
