Youth Vocational Guidance Centre is a long – term education and supportive programme dedicated to deal with youth poverty by promoting youth entrepreneurship and leadership, in other words, the promotion of small productive self-employment through accelerated training skills and provision of grants as start up capital, mentoring and technical assistance during the business start up phase.
