Certified Training Professional (CTP) \r\n(ITD, ARTDO International and Dr. Mario del Castillo)\r\n\r\nThe Certified Training Professional designation recognizes individuals who\r\nhave completed the CTP Program. ARTDO International and all of its member\r\norganizations recognize that those individuals so designated possess the\r\ncompetencies expected of a training practitioner.\r\nThe Certified Training Professional (CTP) Program is offered by the ARTDO\r\nInternational in collaboration with the Institute of Training and Development\r\n(ITD). The award is given upon the satisfactory completion of a five-module\r\ncompetency-based skills development program which lasts for ten days and the\r\nsubmission of a set of required certification reports indicating the demonstration\r\nand application of the set of training competencies in an actual work-related\r\nsetting within a ninety day post-training assessment period.\r\nParticipants are expected to satisfactorily perform the tasks of a training\r\nprofessional using the set of twenty training competencies specified by ARTDO\r\nInternational & ITD.
