Description:
A forum for promoting NEPAD/APRM,NEEDS,BASEED & LEEDS awareness

Secretary to the State Government SSG shall be the APRM State Focal Point (APRM-SFP) with the mandate to:
Manage the entire APRM process at the state level with the support of other leadership and management structure
Report directly to the State Governor
Provide a liaison role between the state APRM processes and the national APRM

APRM State Working Group (APRM-SWG) :
An all-inclusive membership of state and non-state stakeholders
Should be chaired by a non-government official
Should be autonomous from the State Government
Manage the APRM processes at the State level in collaboration with the APRM-SFP
Should elect from amongst its members a steering committee to pilot the affairs
Group could be further divided into four sub-committee ,along the four thematic areas of APRM.

NEPAD State Coordinators

The SA MDG shall be the NEPAD state coordinator and secretary of steering committee of APRM-SWG that will be headed by by a Non Government person .
MDGs desk officers shall be the NEPAD/APRM focal point in the ministries, Extra Ministerial Departments and Agencies.
PA MDGs Shall be the assistant secretary of the steering committee of APRM-SWG and the prime liaison officer for Civil Society Organisation for effective coordination of the state and Local Government levels
