Sujet: Nominate your organisation for the 2007 NAB Volunteer Awards
Envoyé: May 10th, 2007 - 22:41:11

Win up to $20,000 Nominate your organisation for the 2007 NAB Volunteer Awards
What would your volunteers say about your organisation? Would they praise the way you've looked after them, recruited them or how you keep them motivated?
If you have a system that's worth promoting, then it's time to nominate your organisation for the NAB Volunteer Awards.
Volunteering Australia has been the principal partner in the NAB Volunteer Awards which reward volunteer groups that demonstrate 'best practice' in the management of volunteers, and recognise that a positive volunteering experience is crucial to the overall success of any community initiative.
There will be a state winner and a state finalist runner-up in each category for each state and an award for ACT/NT/TAS combined (a total of 24 awards).
State winners will receive $10,000 and a framed certificate. The state finalist runners-up will receive $5,000 and a framed certificate.
12 National winners will be chosen from the state winners. Each national winner will receive a total prize of $20,000.
You can nominate your organisation into one of two categories:

Small to Medium Organisation
A not-for-profit organisation that has 0-15 full-time-equivalent (FTE) paid staff.
Large Organisation
A not-for-profit organisation that has 15+ full-time-equivalent (FTE) paid staff
Nominations are open from Monday 2 April 2007 until Friday 8 June 2007.
Community groups can apply online or by completing a printed nomination form.
Nomination forms and judging criteria can be downloaded from www.nab.com.au/volunteering and will also be available from any National Australia Bank branch.
